Dec 31....AKA New Years Eve

What better time than New Years Eve to start a weight loss journey. I am currently at 165, my goal is 115-120, by June 2009 when I graduate from nursing classes. I will not only have a liscence but also a new body and attitude. To reach my goal I have to make sacrifices.....but every worthy goal is worth sacrificing for.

I will start working out 3-4x a week for 30-45 minutes......thats the tough one...with work and school and house and home, but I have to do it. Also I will stop snacking at school and during 1 break I will walk the steps. I will use sparkpeople.com to track my calories and exercise.
