down 3 lbs

this past week I lost 3 lbs!!!! I started a new workout, walked a lot and meticulously counted calories. I didnt raid the Easter candy and I am avoiding the vending machine at work and school. Heres looking frwd to another great week of weight loss

I fell off the wagon

but I really need to get back on....

I am at 162.5, want to get down to 115. I am trying a new workout plan that combines strength training and walking. Hopefully it all works out
