I am so doing it

this morning I walked 2 miles, 30 minutes, and ate a reasonable breakfast.  In about 1 hour I will do some strength training exercises. I figure I can fit the time into my day to do this

today is the perfect day

to start anew. I did lose 9 lbs in school without really trying, now its time to up the ante and go for it. I have my mornings free to do with as I please, so why not throw in some cardio and weights.......I will be down t0 my size 10s by the end of the summer
