I am so far this week doing real good on calories in and out.....watching what I eat isnt glamorous or exciting but it needs to be done.....it is what it is.....the old saying, garbage in garbage out.....so I am eating better
did the gazelle for 1 hr yday and 1/2 hour today.....dont want to kill my legs.....lol!!! going for 5 hours a week, I mean c'mon I can do it while watching tv.....
goal by Oct 17 is to be 155, so thats 8 lbs......lets go girl!!!
