I was thinking the other day what some of my goals and motivations were to lose weight. Obviously I want to lose weight but I have been lacking the motivation to actually get off my butt and do it!!! I was always thin, but never really in shape....I skated thru my teens and 20s on being thin, but never really worked out, ate whatever I wanted, etc.....
I dont have delusions of being rail thin again, 3 kids stretched my hips!! LOL! But I can be HEALTHY and IN SHAPE!! I want to be able to run, jump, skip, etc with my kids. I would LOVE to get in SHAPE and as a BONUS lose 40 lbs and get down to 120. I need to shift my thinking. Its not all about what size I wear, its about being healthy.
I need to re order my thinking as far as eating also.....garbage in, garbage out. I have started shopping the outside of the grocery store and making better meal plans!!
I can do it, I deserve it!!! After all if I made it thru school, I can do this!!!
