Tuesday I did 30 on the elliptical and 2 circuits of weights
Today I did 4 miles on elliptical....32 minutes....
I also am watching what I eat....right now I so want more cavatelli but its not worth it, i will eat an apple instead
Monday I weighed in at 165.5......UGH thats UP
Monday I need to be at 162.5
