Why do I do this?? I get so focused on one area of my life that I neglect other areas. Not just push to the side, but totally neglect. I had tunnel vision for a good 6-7 weeks on working out and eating well. Then I started back to school. School is a good thing, getting healthy is also a good thing. But once I started back to school I devoted my tunnel vision to school. Instead of doing 2 things that are beneficial to me, I focused only on school. But I need to make time everyday to work out as well.
Along with letting the working out slide, I figured if I am letting working out slide, why not just eat whatever as well. So I went from a woman who was working out and diligent about my diet to someone who stopped trying. I need to get back on the horse and really hope that I didnt gain EVERYTHING back
Ok enough of my rant. Tomorrow no excuses
