startigng a new

I started taking Zumba, not obbessing about diet, just watching calories, but not cutting anything out......


and lost 3.4 lbs last week!!!!!


I am taking Zumba Mon, Wed, Fri and doing my dvds on Tues and Thurs.....did some cardio kickboxing today, feeling strong.....lol

Sat ams I think I will do pilates to stretch my muscles wanna get that long lean look

Sun will be a day off ....... at least from exercise

heres hoping the scale shows more losses!!!

in this game losing is winning!!!
