January photo

To show my progress along this journey (and it is a journey, believe me) I will document with a photo monthly, to show my (hopeful) progress. Plus its a way to keep me accountable. so without further ado, January photo

I feel I need to work on my stomach, thighs, hips/butt and triceps. Today I did 1/2 hour of just sweat and boy did it kick my bootie!!!! I hope to see progress next month. Also Tues when I do my official weigh in, I start keeping track of measurements as well, my waist, thighs, hips and arms.
