weigh in #3

down another 1 lb....down 4 in 3 weeks

lost 2" as well

feeling pretty good except am a little tired, but I think thats cuz I am going on day 4 in a row at work

Eating good,drinking lots of H2O, feeling stronger and NOT eating the food being brought in to work....like pizza, candy, etc..
