cardio max

did my cardio max with out the weights....those will have to wait for next week....LOL.....who knew 30 minutes of lunging and jumpiong jacks would be so hard!!!! To make up for the lack of weight loss last week I will do another workout tonight along with pilates.......gotta get this weight off....goal is to be down 10 lbs by my anniversay on 8-24!!!!! so 152 in 1 month!!! I gotta do it
