slow but sure

I am making progress, not the kind I want to make, but progress nontheless.....I dropped .5 lbs last week....but I didnt really watch what i ate......so i need to do much better......I need to watch my eating and move my butt......I have been doing good on the working out though......weighed in this morning at 159.00, next week I want to be down 2-3 lbs.......so I need to really move and eat the RIGHT things!!!! Like I fueled up with a GREAT breakfast this morning......eggs, toast, orange and tea......for lunch I plan on having salad with tuna and dinner will be sphagetti and I will make green beens also to have a veggie.......gotta lose this weight!!!
