day 1.....yet again

ok I did my day 1 again of 30 day shred....it was hard as heck, but I got some burn in today. Tonight before bed I will do yoga

My weigh in today was 165.2

Next Monday I plan on being 163.0 (or less)

I will shred everyday, yoga Mon Wed and Fri and track my food daily

I need to stick with this
