1/5 of the way thru the shred!!!!!
I wasnt really feeling working out today, but Carlie reminded me that it is 30 days!!! If i didnt work out today I have a feeling that I may have skipped tomorrow as well
I have a good sweat and I feel good.
I know I was gonna do 2 weeks on each level but I think on day 10 I will bump it up to level 2 because I am strong and capable
I went to Denny's with Nick and Morgan today for brunch and I got the philly cheese steak but I only ate 1/2 of it....the other 1/2 is in fridge I am saving it for Rex.
Tonight Rex and I are going out to see Limitless and I have popcorn budgeted in my calories
