woot I did it.....
didnt feel like working out but I did
I worked out later in the day than I normally do, but feeling good, my endurance is getting better, feeling stronger
Ate good today, well, mostly....
we went out to breakfast, ate hashbrown casserole and 1 pancake from Cracker Barrel, gave the leftovers to the kids
we didnt have time to eat lunch, as we went to a passion play
after the passion play we all went out to dinner, I had 1 roll, wedding soup (YUUMO!!!) and ate only 1/4 of my chicken parmesan
I had a kitkat bar and a small lo fat, no whip hot chocolate from Starbucks
my weigh in.......
drum roll please!!!!!!
160.1.....down 5.1 lbs in a week!!!! I am beyond thrilled!!! I must be doing something right, I am at 160.1......goal for next Monday is to be at at least 157.0....so at least 3 lbs...I can do this!!!
