So far so great!!
I did my non official weigh in today and so far so great!! I am down for the week. I am stoked by my progress and am ready to work out today.
Surprisingly, I am not very sore from from working out the last two days and am ready to take on today!
I ate some yummy honey nut cheerios with strawberries for breakfast...YUMMO!!!
for lunch i will have tomato soup and grilled cheese with turkey, and for dinner at work I will have salad with turkey, an orange and sugar free jello. Hopefully I am in my calorie count, as yesterday I was well under, which is not good.
