day 4 workout is done!!! Am getting more endurance every day. Also I am not sore, which is very good!!! I feel good. Jillian, let me tell you, she really pushes you!!!
As far as diet, I had raisin bran for breakfast, gonna have a nice big salad with turkey slices and an orange for lunch, dinner will be hamburger helper green beens and an orange and snack wheat thins
Cant wait to step on the scale Monday and see some results!!!
