day 2 of 30

I think I feel even better after todays workout cuz I really wsnt wanting to workout....my muscles were sore from yesterday and I just wasnt feeling it

Then I remembered the promise I made to myself to workout every day.....I mean its only 20 minutes, I can do 20 minutes.

I feel rejuvinated and good. Just remember that feeling next time I am not digging it!!

Off to have a salad with turkey and an orange for lunch

Tonight is leftover lasagna and I gotta come up with more healthy calories for tonight because I am down 500 for the day, including dinner and lunch I am only at 100 for the day....WTF......thats where I mess up.....I think after work I will have a bowl of cereal for a snack but I still need another 300 calories....I dont want to throw my body to starvation mode
