Ok, I made it thru the first day....lol
had some toast for breakfast, then hit the grocery store, bought fruit, veggies, turkey, eggs, ya know good stuff
hard boiled some eggs for snacks
put some chicken w/italian dressing in the oven for dinner, along with brown rice and green beens
lunch will be salad with turkey and raspberries....can you say YUMMY
I am looking to use what is in my freezer for lo cal meals this week...open to suggestions, I have some chicken thighs, 2 packages of ground chuck, and a roast (thinking, hoping, I can get 2 dinners from that)
worked out....Jillian had no mercy on me...I knew she wouldnt
I will modify her 30 day shred to fit 6 weeks, 2 weeks on each level, doing the 1st week of each level without weights, the 2nd week with the weights
I have my starting weight, and I am confident that in 6 weeks I can lose 15 lbs...at minimum
