Ok I am stoked to get get going on my new "lifestyle"
I have my official weigh in number and am looking to be down 15 lbs in 6 weeks.....
I am about to get some breakfast, go to the grocery store for salad fixings and workout....Jillian please be kind, I havent worked out in some time, as you well know.....haha...
I am also gonna restart packing my lunch at work, including snack, such as sugar free pudding and jello, so I can avoid the nasty vending machine....
here I go
