Wow I am actually starting to look forward to working out....lol....never thought I would say that
Had cereal for breakfast then some running around with the hubby, came home and got in a good workout, felt really good afterwards
Used left over roast from last night to make a lo mein meal, with pasta, roast and lots of veggies....super YUMMO
for lunch at work, I had 2 turkey sandwiches and some kettle corn
getting lots and lots of H2O
