feeling stronger

today is day 8 in a row of working out and boy do I feel stronger...I actually am beginning to look forward to working out. Added the weights to the workout this week and havent keeled over yet...lol

eating good too...staying in my calories, tho sometimes its hard to meet my caloric goal, I am eating lots more fruit/veggies, have desert maybe once a week.

getting my H2O in as well, think I have drunk 90% water in the past 10 days....maybe a few sweet teas thrown in.

I am gonna start tracking inches as well....next Monday will take measurements and go from there..


menu for today:
breakfast: honey nut cheerios
lunch: salad with turkey and hard boiled eggs
dinner: baked chicken thigh (sans skin), scalloped potatoes, corn, cantalope
