drum roll please........
lost 1.8 lbs since my last weigh in (last Monday).....not quite the 2.5 lbs I was aiming for but hey a loss is a loss
this week I will redo 30 day shred but this week I am using weights.I also did some adjusting to my calorie intake, I actually am bumping UP the calories I consume by a TAD, I was only at 1200/day which is the lowest you can consume safely....I wanted to be able to step it down once I have lost some weight.
Today's diet plan
breakfast: scrambled eggs and toast
lunch: salad with hard boiled egg and turkey, pears
dinner: baked pork chops, scalloped potatoes and green beens
snack: cinnamon kettle corn
gotta make sure I am in a healthy calorie range!!!
