so day 2 ate well but could NOT work out....heck walking was a chore.....pretty bad when you are limping due to working out. I asked Jillian to take it easy on me but no she had other plans.
Today, so far so good, had toast for breakfast....that might not seem like a lot, for me, a person who doesnt eat breakfast, its HUGE!!!
Am about to put salsa bbq chicken (sounds weird, tastes delish) in the oven along w/mashed potatoes and carrots...am gonna eat dinner before I go to work....trying to do the whole breakfast as king, lunch as prince, dinner as pauper, just cant do the breakfast part.
Dinner (or lunch) will be turkey sandwiches and some cut up fruit
I did my workout today, not quite as hard today, but lets see how my legs react tomorrow
